Here it Has Rained was published by Paul Dutton’s small press Underwhich Editions. Barreto-Rivera and Dutton were members of the Canadian sound poetry collective, along with bp Nichol and Steve McCaffery. The title was printed at the Coach House Press in Toronto and the cover was designed by their resident typographer Glenn Goluska.
