A doubled-sided picture disk that features a drawing and artwork by David Shrigley. The disc includes the "Dedication Mix" of the title track ("Matchbook Seeks Maniac" - the original version of which appeared on 2007's Friend Opportunity, which also featured work by Shrigley) and the non-album track "Makko Shobu".
