The Tokyo Art Book Fair opens tomorrow at 3pm and continues until Monday September 9th. Now in it's 8th year, the fair (the first in the country to focus on art publications) features over 300 independent publishers, galleries, bookstores and artists.
This year's iteration includes a focus on Brazil and the announcement of the new TABF: Steidl Book Award. As always, the fair features ancillary programming that includes exhibitions, talks, panel discussions, and film screenings.
The Tokyo Art Book Fair takes place at the Kyoto University of Art and Design, and entrance is free. For more information, visit the website, here.
