Produced as a fund-raising edition to celebrate Art Metropole’s recent 40th anniversary, these ceramic dinner plates are augmented with two glazed thumb prints on the top and the implied handler's remaining eight finger prints on the bottom side. Conceived to appear as if the plate has been presented with two hands like a business card with traditional Japanese formality.
Each plate is unique, hand-painted by the artist, and accompanied by a signed certificate.
