Line by Line, an exhibition of new work by Joy Walker, opens tomorrow at MKG127.
"For the past 10 years, Joy Walker’s work has centered on the use of line manipulations to explore the relationship between seeing and sense-making. The works in Line by Line represent the artist’s interest in how simple shifts of angled and overlaid lines transform perception – creating a dissonance between the actual and perceived materiality of the surface."
The opening reception runs from 2 to 5pm on Saturday March 19th, and the exhibition continues until April 16th. MKG127 is located in Toronto at 1445 Dundas St. West. For more information, visit the gallery website, here.
