Salvador Dali covers for Vogue, Silk, Antiques and TV Guide, along with a proposal for Vogue that never ran, and a couple of samples of a spread he did for Playboy. When asked the meaning of the latter, he replied:
“The meaning of my work is the motivation that is of the purest – money. What I did for Playboy is very good and your payment is equal to the task.”
