Edited by Fiona Bradley, Not Just For Me: A Sample of the Poetry Club celebrates a venue Lambie opened in Glasgow, in 2012.
"It is a private-public space. I get to make this piece of sculpture and people come and hang out inside," he told the Independent in 2014. "I guess there's a bit of social sculpture involved in it. I like the idea that people would come and be inside this kind of permanent installation."
Located at 100 Eastvale Place, the Poetry Club is - according their website - "a hub for art, music, performance, spoken word and billows of smoke."
Published to coincide with a solo exhibition of his own work at the Fruitmarket Gallery, the volume includes poetry from John Giorno, Richard Hell (the first author to read at the venue), Liz Lochhead and Gerard Malanga, and many others.
