Originally announced by the publisher under the title An Ink Stain, Minuit (or Midnight), is Broodthaers' second book - another letterpressed volume of poetry illustrated with a frontispiece by the Danish-born CoBrA artist, Serge Vandercam.
The first twelve copies (numbered from I to XII) were printed on Dutch paper and included an original water-colour signed by Vandercam. The remaining copies, on all-rag paper, were numbered 1 to 213. Not all copies feature the double-printed title on the cover.
