"DOTSSSS is a follow up to CHACHACHA, a book I made to accompany my most recent show, Dumdums/Chachacha. Both were inspired by The Wizard of Op, a book by illustrator Ed Emberley that I have had since I was a kid and sort of messed me up. They were also somehow influenced by the Steve Reich album Drumming. I don't know if anyone will make that connection but that is okay. Also, you shouldn't look to long at it because it sort of hurts. In a good way. You have been warned." - Rob Wakshinski
